1General Provisions

cv8 ("we", "our", "Platform") is a platform providing online casino and sports betting services. These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("user", "member", "you") and cv8. By using the Platform, you accept the terms of this agreement.

The cv8 Platform provides slot games, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and various other online gaming services. All services are operated under these Terms, and additional terms may also apply to specific individual services.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

2Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register on the cv8 Platform and use its services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must provide genuine and complete personal information.
• You must transact through a valid bank or mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• You must confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your area of residence.
• You must not be associated with any account previously banned by cv8.

cv8 may request identity documents or other records at any time to verify membership. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or cancellation.

3Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a user is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be true, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure at any time. Users must notify cv8 immediately if their information changes.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Granting any third party access to your account is prohibited. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The cv8 Platform currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each payment method.

• All deposits must be sent from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly; if there is a delay, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name.
• We may request certain documents to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, you must deposit a minimum of ৳300.

To withdraw the bonus amount, the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 25 times (25x wagering requirement). For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳50,000 (2,000 × 25) before making a withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically stated.
• cv8 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• cv8's decision on any bonus-related matter shall be considered final.

5.3 VIP Program

The cv8 VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular gameplay and account activity.

• Bronze tier: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver tier: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold tier: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account holder. cv8 reserves the right to change VIP policies.

6Game Rules

All games operated on the cv8 Platform use fair and transparent technology. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes, which is impartial and verifiable.

• Each game has its own rules, and it is your responsibility to read them before starting a game.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round may be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Any amount won by violating game rules may be cancelled.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• For sports betting, settlement will be made only after the official result is announced.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv8 Platform. Violating these rules will result in account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Using any fraudulent techniques or software.
• Any hacking, exploitation, or manipulation of the gaming system.
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using or selling another person's account.
• Conducting any harmful activity against cv8's services.
• Using any automated bot or script to place bets.
• Team betting or collusion (manipulating a game by coordinating among multiple players).

8Privacy and Security

cv8 gives the highest priority to protecting your personal information. We use SSL encryption technology to keep all data transfers secure.

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared when required by legal obligations or for fraud prevention purposes.

9Limitation of Liability

The cv8 Platform provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by technical failures, server downtime, or internet connection interruptions.
• Any losses resulting from third-party actions.
• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters.
• Any losses arising from the user's own negligence or mistakes.

cv8 is not obligated to pay any winnings incorrectly displayed due to a technical error. In such situations, cv8 reserves the right to restore the account to its correct state.

10Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by cv8

cv8 reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent or illegal activity occurs.
• If false information is found on the account.
• If money laundering is suspected.
• In cases of prolonged inactivity (generally 12 months or more).

10.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. To reactivate a closed account, contact the cv8 support team.

11Responsible Gaming

cv8 believes in responsible gaming, and the wellbeing of all our members is our priority. Gaming is for entertainment, not addiction.
